Yes CK, I love exercising. But unfortunately I have this infra-patelar bursitis in my right knee that is keeping me off the gym. I am being tenacious...I am doing leg extension to strengthen my quadriceps (plus anti-inflamtory tablets). Donno if it will help. Any suggestions?
I don't do anything too crazy. Just everything in moderation and listen to my body. Any progress on the knee?
