I decided not to leave it to chance and try out this "gourmet" double chocolate cake mix with orange glaze. The box suggested baking in a bundt cake pan.
This cake was supposed to have been cooked a week ago. I guess the chocolate urge wasn't there then. I finally decided to get busy with the cake preparation as I've been sort of on a momentum with whipping stuff up in the kitchen.
Here is the final product.

looks delish! I've never noticed the gourmet cakes before, so I'll have to check them out sometime!
It turned out pretty good. Even though I accidentally "twice-baked" it. Haha!
The orange glaze was made from scratch. So, there. That part was my creation.
