I've been learning so many things lately.

1) The American consumption of chickens has increased. Americans eat a million chickens every hour yet fatter than ever.

2) A vegan diet prolongs life.

3) You can usually halt a migraine from progression by drinking two cups of coffee within the first hour of the migraine.

4) One of the oldest ancient civilization began along the river banks of The Ganges from people who migrated from the Indus Valley. The civilization died out around 1000 to 1500 B.C. when climatic changes dried out the river. The excavated ruins of this civilization still exists today. At the height of this flourishment, the population of the largest settlement along the Ganges is estimated at 200,000. Now, that is a grand scale!
5) The Brahmin sacred chants mimic bird sounds and have been passed down for millenniums before a true religion existed in India. These chants can only be orally relayed, and cannot be written in text.

6) Most who have been unemployed for a year or longer, do not go back to work.

7) People only talk about making a change when times are good. Changes are made when people are going through tough times.

I want some more details for number 2, because you know that I think animals are tasty.

Haha! That info was presented by a health expert on ABC evening news yesterday. I will try to find the source and send to you.
Also, let’s just start with the age at death of some of my vegetarian relatives. Both my grandfathers were in their mid-eighties and one great grandfather 102 when they passed away. I am not promoting their diets by any means, those could have been coincidences’, However, I have heard of other studies that have shown this link. It will be my pleasure to dig up some of this research! :)

Vegan diet = 0 cholesterol

Very true Jeev. Apart from babies who greatly benefit from mothers milk (yes, it is milk, it comes from an animal and thus it contains cholesterol), I question the validity of reports, studies and/or findings that tell us cholesterol is vital to the human diet.

Well, all the red meat isn't THAT great for the digestive system, but I still think it is important.

One thing I learned is that I've been pooping wrong since I've been potty trained!!! It's gross, but a natural part of life:
